The National Credit Amendment Bill

The Bill proposes changes to the National Credit Act. Now the real deal is up for public comment. If you feel that the suggestions you made were not previously heard or that the changes to a section (like Section 86(10) ) do not meet the needs of the public then you have another chance to have your say.
