SA’s Favourite Debt Counsellor, PDA & Credit Provider
Knowing what your clients think of you is an important part of any business. Do your clients love your service or not? If they do then you are doing well and need to continue doing whatever it is that you are doing. If not then you need to adjust and change to match the needs of your clients.
Debt review is no different from any other industry, in that, consumers are either going to enjoy using your services or not. Not that the need for debt review is something to be celebrated but once a consumer enters debt review and begins to deal with a Debt Counsellor, Payment Distribution Agencies and the various Credit Providers debt review departments they will quickly discern if they are getting good service or not.

Over the past 3 years, Debtfree in conjunction with the Debt Review Awards team has helped run a People’s Choice Award for Debt Counsellors of various sizes, Credit Providers in different categories and PDAs – who handle the money. This is an opportunity for the various companies involved in debt review to get their clients to show their support. This year Debtfree is once again playing part and will be helping drive the process.
3 DC and CP Categories and 1 PDA Winner
The process will be an online one and will offer companies the chance to walk away with the title of SA’s Favourite Boutique Debt Counsellor; SA’s Favourite Large Debt Counsellor or SA’s Favourite National Debt Counsellor. This will enable Debt Counsellors who run different size operations to be compared to one another and not mean that smaller firms will be trying to compete with larger firms who simply have more clients.
There is also the category: SA’s Favourite Payment Distribution Agency and 3 different credit provider categories namely: SA’s Favourite Bank, SA’s Favourite Credit Provider (which will include all retail and other similar lenders) and SA’s Favourite Vehicle Finance Credit Provider. The votes for credit providers will specifically be about how a consumer’s credit providers have treated them since they joined debt review. Has the credit provider treated you with respect? Have they made a great deal with your Debt Counsellor to help you pay less? Have they been harassing you and sending people to try collect even though you have entered debt review? Consumers will get to show their appreciation for those credit providers who still treat them with respect.
How to Get Votes
Soon we will provide the industry with details on how you can sign up for the process and where your clients can vote for you. Be sure to visit www.debtfreedigi.co.za regularly for more details. The voting will run online for a month and you will be able to get people to tell the world how great you are. The voting will be done through an online platform which will prevent any cheating or trickiness and the results will be thoroughly checked and verified. The eventual winners will be published in the Debtfree magazine and online. Winners will receive special branding that they can add to their marketing material for the next 12 months to show the world how popular they are.
