Mediation: Changing the Way Disputes Are Resolved

With the court systems overwhelmed by a never-ending case load and court matters dragging on for years it makes sense for companies and individuals to look for alternatives.

Legislation and government are prompting people to, where possible, resolve issues via mediation rather than litigation.

Mediation in its various forms can meet this need if offered professionally and by people trained and qualified to do so.

Disputes between business partners, marriage mates, co parents, neighbours and even countries are being successfully resolved via mediation these days.

Being able to develop the skills needed to successfully offer your services in this area can really open new doors and assist those who engage your services.
