Consumer Friend Now Handling ubank Debt Review
As of 14 May 2021, Consumer Friend will be managing the ubank debt review portfolio.
This change will apply to all debt review matters (after 14 May 2021).
Originally it had been thought that Debt review matters that ubank were already dealing with before this date would stay with ubank but later it was announced that legacy accounts would also be handled by Consumer Friend as well.
As with other debt review related queries and requests Debt Counsellors and consumers will be able to make use of the DReX system to access information relating to these ubank accounts.
