The Debt Review Awards weekend approaches and the excitement is growing. In an effort to increase the benefit to the industry the Debt Review Awards are hosting a number of workshops on the weekend (Friday 24 and Sat 25).

Get More Customers and Keep Them For longer

This is one of the key points which will be discussed at the upcoming Workshop about consumer counselling for a Better Bottom Line in Cape Town on Friday next week.

At present millions of South Africans are in serious financial problems and are severely over indebted and yet only a small percentage have entered the debt review process. Why? The Workshop will address this and many other vital issues.

The Workshop, which is open to all Debt Counsellors and their staff, will be held on Friday the 24th in Cape Town CBD at No. 6 Spin Street. The entire workshop is focused on how Debt Counsellors can increase their client base by offering more efficient consumer driven service. The workshop will delve into the psychology of debt review and dealing with debt. It will also focus in on the reasons why many drop out of debt review and how Debt Counsellors can assist consumers to stay in the process and keep on benefiting rather than leave and complicate their lives further.
