NCT Motion Court Rolls into Centurion This Week
The National Consumer Tribunal will be holding there roving motion court for certain types of debt review cases in Centurion this week from the 28th till the 30th. The Motion Court will be held at the Royal Elephant Hotel & Conference Centre.
Space has been set aside for Debt Counsellors who have submitted information about the batches of cases they would like to be granted in case last minute changes need to be made. The objective of the Motion Court is to see matters efficiently dealt with and help reduce any possible backlog in cases.
Court opens at 8am (not 9am).
