New PoPI Regulations Published
The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development this month published new regulations relating to the Protection of Personal Information Act (Act 4 of 2013).
The new regulations (which you can download below) set out many things including what to do when a consumer (or as the term is Data Subject) objects to someone else holding their personal information and refinements in the complaints process.
A large number of new standard forms are also included in the newly published regulations.
