The NCR Are Waiting For Debt Counsellors Stats
Quarterly Report Due
Debt Counsellors are reminded to submit their quarterly reports to the NCR by 15th August.
NOTICE TO SUBMIT STATISTICAL RETURN
The NCR have reminded Debt Counsellors that in terms of Regulation 69(1) & (2), a Debt Counsellor must submit to the National Credit Regulator(NCR) a statistical return (Form 42) on a quarterly basis. And the due date is coming soon.
Debt Counsellors must send them a Form 42 (with their recent stats) for Quarter 2 (01 April 2024 – 30 June 2024) by the 15th of August 2024.
Tip:
When sending in your form try rename the document with your NCRDC#. You can imagine if they just get a whole bunch of people send them documents called Form 42s it will cause chaos.
The completed Form 42 must be sent to dcreturns@ncr.org.za.
