VHT Attorneys are inviting NCR registered Debt Counsellors to attend a free online legal training session later in March 2026.
The workshop will dive into what recent NCT judgements reveal about NCA compliance, debt counsellor responsibilities, and managing your practice correctly.

VHT says that the session will highlight practical compliance lessons drawn from recent NCT decisions and they will discuss what these rulings mean for Debt Counsellors in their day-to-day practice.
The session will conclude with a Q&A, where VHT will answer selected questions submitted via the registration form.

CPD points will be awarded to registered Debt Counsellors who attend the full session. Please note that CPD points are not applicable to staff members or other attendees.
