Reduce Churn With This Simple Tip

All businesses experience a certain amount of churn.

This is when clients suddenly stop making use of your services or product. This is true if you are a restaurant, hairdresser or Debt Counsellor.

So how do you reduce churn?

Talk to your customers

Most problems can be solved by speaking with your customers. Ask them what’s the least and most valuable part of your practice, services or business.

Next, remove the least valuable parts, and double down on the most valuable parts. Give your clients what they want.

Half of the churn battle is communicating regularly with your customers and continuously improving your services based on feedback. Listen to their concerns and keep them informed.

Even if you cannot make a requested change (like how in debt review consumers cannot access more credit during the process due to the law even if they want to) you can probably find ways for them to work around the challenges they face so they stay in the process or use your services for longer. The first step is knowing what your clients want.

So talk to them.
