Capitec in for a FINE time?

Recently the National Credit Regulator (NCR) referred Capitec to the National Credit Tribunal in regard to what they say are illegal fees and possible reckless or illegal contracts with some consumers.

Rumor has it that any decision on the matter could be as much a half a year away.
