Consumer Friend End of Year Schedule
Debt Counsellors deal with credit provider debt review outsourcing company Consumer Friend daily. That gets a little tricky as the end of year holidays approaches. Many Debt Counselling firms and Credit Provider offices close for a few days at least or operate on reduced hours during this time to allow for staff holidays etc.
Consumer Friend have now published their end of year schedule and would like Debt Counsellors to take notice. Of particular importance is the shut down of the call centre and use of emails during the 28th till the 3rd.
Justin Van Der Linde of Consumer Friend informs us that these will be their operating times over the next few weeks: Consumer Friend Offices will be open over the festive season for back office administration over the following dates and times:
Dates & Times
21-23rd December:
8am – 4:30pm
24th December:
8am -1pm business hours
28-30th December:
8am-4:30pm
31st December :
8am- 1pm business hours
Telephone queries will not be taken from the 28th to 3rd of January, however email queries will be actioned.
