Court Shut Down

Though not all courts are exactly the same, the general Magistrates Court shut down for the end of the year begins this weekend, the last day that most courts will hear cases will be Friday the 14th of December and the break runs until at least the 7th of January 2019 (get used to writing 2019) if not a week later. No debt review cases will be held during this time.

15 December 2018 – 15 January 2019

Please note that some courts may open as early as the 7th of January.
