CIF proposal on withdrawing from Debt Review

The NCR have called for comments on the Credit Industry Forum (CIF) draft document on how to deal with withdrawals from debt review where the debt is not yet paid up or where the consumer wants to change Debt Counsellors. The trick is comments have to be submitted today.
