DCASA AGM

Each year the Debt Counsellors Association of South Africa (DCASA) hold an AGM to attend to association matters like reports, voting and financial reports.

This year the DCASA AGM will happen on the 4th of November 2020 at the Kempton Park Golf Club.

Will There Be Voting?

Due to past changes in the DCASA constitution, there is now only voting every second year. Voting took place in 2019 regarding the make up of the National Executive Committee (NEC). This means that there is no need for voting this year. Due to Covid-19, many members will probably choose not to attend and they should not feel they are missing out on a chance to vote.

Agenda

After a welcome speech and approving last AGMs minutes, there will be a formal report from the DCASA President. Then it will be onto discussing the money side of things as a report on the financial statements will be given and matters to do with the auditors fees will be discussed.

After that, there will be some other updates and a general discussion before the meeting closes.
