Debt Counsellors quarterly report

Debt Counsellors report on their business each quarter to the National Credit Regulator.

They make use of a form called a Form 42 Statistical Report.

Reporting is part of a Debt Counsellor’s conditions of registration.  Fortunately many of the Debt Counselling systems as provided by PDAs can generate many of these statistics but the Debt Counsellor still needs to take some time to go over the figures and details in the report to ensure they are accurate.

So Debt Counsellors remember that your statistics for the Second Quarter of 2013 (1 April – 30 June) are due this week Thursday 15th August
