Annual Debt Review Awards
The 2016 annual Debt Review Awards process is set to start during April 2016. The Awards process which lasts several months and culminates at the Debt Review Awards gala evening is currently entering it’s last phase of preparation. Already the industry has been helping shape the process and contributing towards refining criteria for those firms considered in 2016.
This year the industry will be called upon to weigh in on who is leading the way in debt review through the use of an online system. The system will allow for an industry wide peer review and will help create an accurate picture of who is excelling.
The Debt Review Awards Gala
Held annually in a major South African City (thus far JHB and CT) the Awards gala is a modest red carpet affair attended by the who’s who of Debt Review. Representatives from BASA’s banks, Major Credit Providers, Debt Counselling associations and firms as well as the National Credit Regulator, DTI and others all attend.
Leading industry speakers present at the event and guests look forward to all the drama of who will win and who will go home determined to raise their game yet again in the months to come.
Save the Date
The Date of the Awards Gala has now been released. The Gala held in Cape Town this year will be held on Saturday the 25th of June 2016.
