As the 2024 Debt Review Awards process gets underway a online webinar will be held by the organizers to explain and discuss the various aspects of the 2023 – 2024 process.
The meeting will take place on the 24th of November 2023.
What Will It Be About?
Each year the organisers send out peer reviews to NCR registered participants to evaluate their peers on the other side of the industry.
The webinar will explain the process and discuss the criteria used during the peer reviews each year.
There will also be a brief section on suggestions that have been made to enhance the process. Some suggestions are able to be acted on (such as the requests for the inclusion of those on the legal side of debt review) and others are not (like including client votes). Further clarity will be provided on why some suggestions work and other do not.
The idea of the webinar is increased clarity regarding criteria and how the process works to those who may be unfamiliar with the Peer Reviews. It will also give participants the chance to submit ideas, concerns and suggestions to the organisers.
