The credit bureaus offer to track and reflect information from various credit providers.

They are however dependant on information being submitted to them by the various banks and credit providers.

Sometimes you may see something that you feel is not correct on your credit report. If so, you can use the various credit bureaus internal complaints or dispute processes.

Most have a simple form that you can download off their website and send to them. Attach proof of why you say it is a mistake and your matter should be resolved in under 3 weeks.
