It sounds like a simple thing but actually many people who are in debt review are not familiar with their actual Debt Counsellors name.

They are perhaps more familiar with the debt counselling practice name or the name of their PDA who they use to make payments each month.

It is important to be able to pick up the phone and ask to speak to your Debt Counsellor if things get tricky.
