SlipStream Technologies has opened the updated DReX Portal to Debt Counsellors.

They are currently busy ensuring everyone is able to log in and get the most up to date features available to assist consumers and draw debt review information.

New Enhanced Functionality

For those used to using DReX in the past, you will still be able to do all the usual, pulling needed info and documents without having to wait and sit on the phone for hours with any call centres.

The good news is that the portal now has expanded functionality that will enhance your experience.

One nice feature is the new DeXter Chatbot Assistant, which can function as a bit of an assistant or guide to different portal features. 

Just select what you want from the menu, and it will point you in the right direction.

At the recent 2025 Debt Counsellor and Credit Provider Meet Up & Intuitive Discussions held in Ballito KZN, Mr Scott van Staden gave a detailed breakdown of all the new exciting features.

Consumer Friend handle many accounts on behalf of a wide selection of credit providers (large and small)

The DReX Portal helps Debt Counsellors (and consumers) get information about accounts faster and without any PoPi concerns.

It may also be one of the reasons why they took home 3 Awards at this year’s Debt Review Awards, as it makes life very easy for Debt Counsellors.
