eNCA Personal Finance recently interviewed a well known Debt Counsellor about how consumers are struggling to make ends meet at the moment and how debt review can help.

The Debt Counsellor was able to explain how debt review often allows consumers to repay their debt over a longer time period (and many times at much lower rates) but that the debt still has to be repaid.
