Times

The show is divided into two sections depending if you work in the industry or not.

Industry PreShow: 12 noon – 2pm

This is suitable for all senior management, Debt Counsellors, attorneys working in debt review or credit provider debt review departments.

We will enjoy legal updates, insurance updates, interviews, presentations and more.

Awards Show: 2pm – 4:30pm

Suitable for all, this is the “Oscars” of debt review. The event will feature speeches, presentations, debt write off for consumers, competitions for those in person and online and the results of the industry peer reviews.

We invite all to come and watch.

Tips

Here are a few quick tips that can help you get the most out of the day.

Reminder: YouTube may not automatically run on your work machines and screens. It might be a good idea to test right now and speak to your IT guys to make sure everyone on the team can watch together.

Idea: It might be nice to make a bit of a party of the event and invite staff to dress up or set out snacks and watch together.

Competitions: We have heard there will be competition for those who are watching online so keep an eye out for QR codes on the screen especially during the Industry PreShow. Maybe you will win something. T&Cs are on the Awards website.

Idea: Most offices across the industry will be running a skeleton crew or even shutting as the teams gather to watch the event live on YouTube together.

If you are going to be shutting down for the afternoon or running on skeleton staff, then a quick email to let people know may be a good idea.

TIP: If you have a problem on YouTube during the event, go check out the Awards website or industry magazine website for any announcements about the livestream. They may share a new link or updates.
