Each year Debt Counsellors have to pay registration fees to the National Credit Regulator (NCR).

If they do not, then their clients are taken away from them and are just given to another registrant.

These fees are due by the end of July each year.

The NCR has sent out an official reminder that these fees must be paid and Debt Counsellors must use their NCRDC number as the payment reference or the money will not be allocated properly (and they will have their registration lapsed and clients removed and unable to have them returned).

Proof of payment should be sent to fees@ncr.org.za
