The National Credit Regulator (NCR) has released their latest contact and escalation information.
The document (which you can download below) sets out the correct people and departments to contact for various matters ranging from complaints to registration.
While there are various email addresses provided in the case of having to escalate a matter, the NCR has asked for those reaching out to them to please exercise restraint.
They have asked that the escalation person not be automatically included in any initial emails on a topic and that people refrain from cc-íng multiple people and departments in on an email. This may in fact delay responses as it clogs up the NCR’s ability to sort and allocate matters.
