NCR Webinar On Withdrawal Guidelines

The National Credit Regulator (NCR) recently released updated guidelines on leaving debt review. The guidelines set out how the NCR (with input from the Credit Industry Forum) feel that consumers can (or can’t) withdraw from debt review.

The current, updated, guideline is based on recent court cases, the wording of the National Credit Act (NCA) and industry norms.

In an effort to help ensure that Debt Counsellors are aware of the contents of the guideline the NCR will be hosting 2 webinars with NCR registered Debt Counsellors on Wednesday 30th June 2021. Invitations have been sent with the links to registered Debt Counsellors.
