NCR Workshop in Rustenberg
The National Credit Regulator (NCR) will be hosting a workshop with Credit Providers and Debt Counsellors in the North West Province during June. This will be the latest in an ongoing series of workshops the NCR has been holding country wide in an effort to engage with the industry.
The Workshop
Topics to be covered at the workshop are, among other things: Affordability Assessment Regulations, Credit Provider Compliance, the new NCA Amendments all the latest Debt Counselling industry Updates, the Debt Counselling Process in view of these amendments and the recent NCR guidelines and general compliance.
