Remember To Register

Debt Review Exchange (DReX) in conjunction with Consumer Friend, have recently upgraded their Debt Counsellor Portal.

The Portal has been very well received, and the number of users is increasing incrementally. It has however, been noted that a few DC’s have not yet registered to use the new upgraded platform.

Deadline Extended

In the circumstances, the DReX team have decided to extend the registration date to 31 October 2026.

With effect from 1 November 2026, the old DC Portal will be decommissioned and DC’s who have not registered on the new platform will no longer have access to the DReX services.

How To Register on the New Portal

The Registration process is simple:

    1. Click on the following link https://portal.consumerfriend.co.za/ or access the link from the Consumer Friend website.
    2. Complete the details requested.
    3. Submit your application.
    4. A member of the CF team will then be in contact with you with your new login details.

To enjoy the new DC Portal with additional features remember to register before 31 October 2026.
