A New Way To Get Help

It’s now even easier to reach the NFO thanks to their new NFO Contact Centre WhatsApp number.

We know that most South Africans love to save airtime and rather use WhatsApp. Well, now you can use WhatsApp to reach the NFO.

Call or message 076 574 8055

Who Are The NFO?

But who are the NFO and what exactly can they do for you (including if you are a consumer in debt review)?

The NFO (actually the NFOSA) are the financial ombud. They help resolve disputes between consumers and financial institutions (such as credit providers like the banks).

So if you feel you have been treated unfairly, discriminated against, ripped off or something is very wrong you can approach them to hear both sides of the story and make a ruling.

Other Ways To Reach Them

There are a few other ways to get hold of the NFO to ask for help or to learn more about how they may be able to assist you.

You can head to their website:

You can email them:
