NEWS: Who To Pay For “Those” RCS Accounts

There has been a small behind the scenes technical matter going on in regard to some RCS accounts which are included in debt review matters.

While consumers have not been affected in any way, there has been some debate behind the scenes over exactly who gets paid, into which accounts.

The dispute (between MBD LC and Consumer Friend) recently even went to court, where the courts sided with Consumer Friend. The matter is now going to be appealed by MBD LC so, the result is not finalised. Final clarity may only become available once the appeal is heard and the judgment given.
