Rainbow Finance Debt Review (Change)

Rainbow Finance Switch To Consumer Friend

Shoprite Investments who trade as Rainbow Finance will be making use of award winning credit provider debt review service provider, Consumer Friend as of 1 February 2022.

This means that as of Feb 2022, all Rainbow Finance related debt review matters (old or new) will be handled by Consumer Friend (and can be accessed via DReX).

Consumer Friend have provided those who work in the industry easy access to their mandate from Shoprite Investments LTD and also their consent to service documentation which is needed for the legal side of debt review. Debt Counsellors would download and save a copy and make use of it in their court or NCT papers.

The change means that Debt Counsellors will now be able to deal with Consumer Friend in regard to Rainbow Finance matters and draw information via the DReX portal. Consumers too will be able to gain access to their information via the portal.
