FINANCIAL SERVICES SALES CONSULTANT

(WESTERN CAPE)

[Octogen] sales consultants promote Octogen’s financial wellbeing proposition, inspire & educate lives to take charge of their finances and this ensure the business sales goals are achieved on a monthly basis.

[Octogen] vacancies: Bellville, Cape Town CBD & Mitchell’s Plain.

What you will be doing;

• Build and maintain strategic business partnerships to generate sales leads 
•  Interact (telephonic and face-to-face) with potential – and existing clients, promoting Octogen’s financial wellbeing proposition
• Understand client’s financial interests and requirements, build rapport and offer Octogen solutions to match client’s interests and needs 
• Actively seek new clients / business opportunities
• Become a brand ambassador in promoting Octogen’s values of Transparency, Respect, Goodness, Innovation/Improvement & Collaboration

[Octogen] require at least:

• • Matric /Grade 12
  • • Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
  • • 2+ years’ working experience in sales environment would be an advantage
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Sales and/or Marketing qualification) would be an advantage

Key Performance Indicators (with great sales comes great reward):

• Target driven and maintain minimum criteria in sales performance ratios (input up to achieving sales goals)
• Complete all administrative processes and procedures to onboard new clients
• Ability to build and nurture business relationships (with corporate partners and clients)
• Proven track record of successful sales
• Active listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and at least one local official South African language
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, remaining customer-centric
