Standard Bank’s Debt Review team has invited Debt Counsellors to attend an upcoming online industry engagement webinar later this week.
According to the invitation sent to Debt Counsellors, the session will provide an opportunity for the bank’s Debt Review leadership team to share updates on its debt review portfolio, including key insights, successes and current challenges. The webinar will also provide a platform for discussion between Standard Bank and Debt Counsellors on operational matters and broader industry topics.
The agenda is expected to include updates on current trends within the bank’s Debt Review portfolio, presentations by Debt Review managers on their respective focus areas, discussion of recurring operational and process related concerns, and engagement on industry questions raised by Debt Counsellors. The session will also encourage collaboration on practical solutions aimed at improving customer outcomes and strengthening the effectiveness of the debt review process.
The webinar will take place on Friday, 24 July 2026, from 14:00 to 15:30, and will be hosted online (on Microsoft Teams).
