Standard Bank Bring In Extra Shifts To Catch Up

Due to some technical issues, the Standard Bank Debt Review Department have been struggling to get back to Debt Counsellors within their usual response times*.

They have had their IT crews working on the issue and it seems it has now been resolved.

This of course does not immediately resolve the issue of backlog. This is why the team are working overtime and extra shifts during the “long” weekend to resolve the issue.

Standard Bank Debt Review Department have communicated with all Debt Counsellors about the issue and have apologised for any difficulties caused.





*some turn around times in debt review are built into the National Credit Act & Regs others are internal processes at different credit providers
