They say that when a Debt Counsellor asks for balances from a bank, they will send a document called a CoB with a lot of useful information to the Debt Counsellor.
Sometimes however the computers just go crazy.
Some Debt Counsellors noticed that CoBs received from Capitec Bank on the 10th of Jan were basically blank.
The good news is that they say that Capitec has now sorted the issue and replacement CoBs (with info) have been sent to those Debt Counsellors involved.
