TymeBank have decided to make use of Award winning service provider Consumer Friend to handle their debt review matters.
As of November 2024 Tymebank have decided to shift the handling of their debt review matters to Consumer Friend, who specialising in outsourced debt review solutions on behalf of various credit providers.
It is important to note this will include any preexisting historical debt review matters. Payment details should be adjusted on those matters (eg via the PDA).
