After you have completed the mandatory NCA course and have passed the exam, if you want to be a Debt Counsellor you have to apply to the NCR.
There are forms and information that the NCR require before they will consider your application (and a smallish fee).
This will include proof of training, certified copies of documents, a CV, SARS Registration, a criminal clearance and info from the bank.
Please keep in mind that it can take some time to complete the registration. The NCR are not going to confirm your registration in a few days, or perhaps even weeks. Although faster than ever before, it still takes time.
During that time you will not be able to practice.
