The exact timing of when the NCR Debt Help System is hard to track.

There are different stories form different parties.

February 1st

At least one reliable source claims the system was down from Sunday, February 1st.

Did the system go down as the new month/day started?

Were these Debt Counsellors working on Sunday?

February 2nd

The NCR website itself was offline on February 2nd, as can be seen in the captured screenshot below (the day before the NCR said they took down NCR Debt Help), but was restored later that week.

Several debt counselling practices have reported not being able to access NCR Debt Help at some point during Monday, the 2nd.  

Was the system already offline?

Was it intermittently offline?

 

February 3rd

The NCR has indicated that they intentionally turned off the NCR Debt Help System on February 3rd (Tuesday).

Some Debt Counsellors report being able to access the system until about 10:30am that day.

Confusing

As you can see, the whole situation is confusing.

It seems there may be conflicting accounts of when the system was down and whether it was totally offline or only temporarily unavailable.
