I Didn’t Get My Debt Review Payment Statement- Why Not?
Once you enter debt review you will begin to make payments via a Payment Distribution Agent (PDA) to your credit providers (and to your Debt Counsellor who never touches your money directly). Each month the PDA will provide you with a statement to help you track your payments to your credit providers. This helps since often credit provider statements may show incorrect figures or simply stop coming.
These statements will show each credit provider you have and the outstanding balance at the time of your applying for debt review less your monthly payment.
What Happens If You Don’t Get a PDA Statement?
If you suddenly stop getting your monthly statement or have never got one yet you may wonder: why?
It is essential that you give your Debt Counsellor your current contact information such as your current mobile phone number and current email address. This is particularly important if you have recently changed your job or mobile phone network service provider.

it is a good idea to check your statement monthly and track both your progress and ensure that payments have happened.
