Consumer Friend Will Work Through Lockdown

Debt Counsellors will be glad to hear that they will be able to access Consumer Friend during the coming lockdown.

As always the DReX portal will be available both to consumers and Debt Counsellors who are looking for relevant account information.

Their recent memo mentions that ‘key staff members’ will be available and as such it would be reasonable and realistic for those contacting them to anticipate something of a slow down in turn around times.
