Ballito, South Africa — Last Thursday, the Colisheen Estate played host to a gathering that reminded everyone why open dialogue remains the foundation of progress. 

The DC and CP with Intuitive Discussions Meetup brought together debt counsellors, creditors, and representatives from the National Credit Regulator (NCR) for a day of powerful, solution-focused conversations.

Held just one day before the Debt Review Awards 2025, the event created the perfect space for industry leaders to connect, collaborate, and reflect on the challenges and opportunities facing the sector. The atmosphere was charged with purpose, with each discussion highlighting how communication can rebuild trust between key players in the debt review industry.

The Intuitive Discussions Podcast was on-site to capture the energy of the day, interviewing guests and thought leaders who shared honest insights on transformation, compliance, and consumer empowerment. These authentic voices underscored a shared belief: 

lasting change begins with dialogue.

The following day, the Debt Review Awards 2025 brought the industry together once again—this time to celebrate excellence. 

With a vibrant “Garden Glam” theme, guests dazzled, speakers inspired, and even a few curious monkeys made an appearance. The event honoured the individuals and organisations who continue to uplift the standards of debt review in South Africa.
