Call for Comments to the Credit Industry Forum

The National Credit Regulator has asked all registrants (Debt Counsellors and Credit Providers) to send any comments they have regarding possible solutions to the issue of End Balance differences and early withdrawal from debt review to them for consideration by the Credit Industry Forum ( CIF ) sub committee during January 2014.

The Circular states in part: “We therefore request all registrants to forward written submissions with the proposed solution on end balance differences and withdrawal from debt review for consideration by the sub-committees. All written submissions should be forwarded to Maryke Moore at cif@ncr.org.za before or on 21 January”.
