NCR Circular Regarding CPE

Recently the National Credit Regulator decided not to renew the Service Level Agreement between themselves and Consumer Protection Excellence (a Payment Distribution Agency). This mean that many consumers who were using the services of CPE had to move to another PDA. The NCR have now sent out a circular confirming that the CPE accounts have now been closed and they are officially no longer trading.
