Nedbank Meet With DCs

workshop-casualNedbank regularly hosts engagement sessions with Debt Counsellors around SA in an effort to put faces to names and build good working relationships. This month Nedbank are in Cape Town (at their waterfront offices) meeting with local DCs. The workshop/ mini-conferences are branded “candid conversations” since they present both sides to talk openly about some current issues that arise from time to time. This helps both parties understand where the other is coming from. Not all credit providers handle debt review matters the same. This means that Debt Counsellors need to deal with the slightly different way Nedbank handle some cases. These sessions help them get a better understanding of Nedbank’s reasoning on some aspects of the process.
