Debt Counsellors make use of the NCR Debt Help System to upload and track information about their clients in debt review. But now the system is broken
Debt Counsellors are experiencing an error when trying to search on the NCR Debt Help System. The matter has been reported to the NCR, and it is hoped the matter is sorted out swiftly.
Debt Counsellors are obliged to keep records about their clients up to date so that the NCR (theoretically) has a full view of their book and can use the site for reporting about the credit industry and debt review in particular. Interestingly, the NCR also require Debt Counsellors to send them manually filled in reports each quarter with the information stored on this system.
In the not too distant past, the NCR decided to pull the NCR Debt Help System offline for several weeks when they apparently suspected there may be issues with unauthorised people possibly gaining access to information they should not. The system being offline caused massive industry issues, and communication about why the NCR turned the site off took a long time to reach the industry.
