NOTICE TO SUBMIT STATISTICAL RETURN
The NCR have reminded Debt Counsellors that in terms of Regulation 69(1) & (2), a Debt Counsellor must submit to the National Credit Regulator(NCR) a statistical return (Form 42) on a quarterly basis. These reports are now due.
Debt Counsellors must send them a Form 42 (with their recent stats) for Quarter 3 (01 July 2024 – 30 September 2024) by the 15th of November 2024.
Tip:
When sending in your form to the NCR rename the document with your NCRDC#.
The completed Form 42 must be sent to dcreturns@ncr.org.za.
