Whats in the May 2013 Debtfree DIGI?
This issue tries to decode the code..the Debt Counsellors code for debt review as put forward by the NCR.
In the past the codes mentioned many contentious matters which had Debt Counsellors up in arms and complaining. Have these all been removed? What is left?
We don’t know all the answers but we ask some of the questions.
