Woolworths Change 86(10) Plans

Recently, Woolworths made the decision to use the really old 2015 Task Team “rules” regarding when they would do 86(10) terminations – when a credit provider decides not to continue cooperating with a debt review matter.

Since the 2015 Task Team was so long ago and due to many changes to how things are done these days, this decision was confusing and concerning to many Debt Counsellors.

Once they voiced their concerns Woolworths showed how reasonable they can be and decided to make an adjustment. They are now no longer going to use those outdated “rules” and will soon publish up to date 86(10) info.
