Hundreds Receive Parcels Over Year End

This December the FoodBank charity sent out over 250 food parcels to those in need and supported various organisations helping those with food insecurity.

If you are in debt review or just struggling with debt then you know that the end of the year was not only a time for family and fun it was unfortunately also a time of stress in making ends meet.

The Foodbank helped families where the parents had become retrenched, helped provide catering for clothing drives for the unhoused, helped deliver food to those receiving medical attention and those who were finding it hard to stick to their debt review obligations.

Food parcels like those shown below were sent to families in need.

Become Part Of The Program

If you are a Debt Counsellor or credit provider working in the debt review space, then we invite you to become part of the solution.

The FoodBank (which makes use of FoodSocks to provide low cost, high nutrition meals) is supported by donations.

Thank you to those who have donated large amounts of funds to support the project over the years.

If you are planning to partner up with a NPC or charity this year, then we invite you to reach out to Debt Counsellor Annienne Nel and see how you can help those who are struggling to stay in debt review.

Become A Hub For Affordable Food

If you are an NCR registered Debt Counsellor, you are also able to become part of the reseller programme.

The idea is that you become a hub for your clients and others to purchase affordable FoodSock meals, taking back control of their food budget.

These affordable meals can help balance your clients’ need for affordable meals with nutritious and tasty food.

For more information about how you can do that (and how it also benefits the FoodBank and enables the FoodBank to support those in need), contact Annienne Nel.
